Tofu Shifu is a strategic board game for 2–4 players that takes about 90 minutes to play. Become the master of a traditional Chinese tofu restaurant as you develop tofu products, recruit workers, manage production, and work to win your customers’ favor.

Tofu Shifu combines worker placement, card drafting, and hand building into a smooth experience with plenty of strategic decisions. Each part of running the restaurant contributes to your pursuit of a booming business, while your choices help shape the way you develop and manage your operation.

The game’s art style immerses players in the craft of tofu making. Detailed illustrations portray traditional processes, while tokens represent iconic dishes and add a distinctive visual connection to the restaurant theme.

The game ends when one player completes their eighth objective. However, every other player gets to play until the round is finished, giving the whole table a final opportunity to complete objectives and improve their position.

After the round ends, the player with the most completed objectives wins. Released in 2024, Tofu Shifu offers a focused restaurant-management challenge built around production, personnel, cards, and carefully timed objectives.
