About this board game

Tornei is a trick-taking game for 3–4 players that takes about 30 minutes to play. Set in the world of medieval jousting, it casts each player as a powerful noble leading a knightly order in pursuit of honor.

Each deal begins with 14 cards in hand, creating seven tricks to contest. At every trick, players bid using two cards, combining the familiar challenge of winning tricks with a focused bidding system.

The tournament theme draws on the history of medieval Europe, where jousting began as a training exercise and mock battle before becoming a popular form of entertainment. In Tornei, every victory contributes to the standing of a noble’s knightly order.
