About this board game

Transgalactica is a worker-placement and engine-building game for 2–5 players, played in about 100 minutes. Across five rounds, players guide their fleets beyond the known fringes of the galaxy in pursuit of adventure, riches, influence, and victory points.

Each round, players use their Captains to perform powerful actions on their own operations panel. Other players may then follow the same action with their crew, although they do so without gaining a bonus. This creates a high level of interaction as every decision can open opportunities for rivals while advancing your own plans.

Develop your fleet’s position in the major areas of galactic life. Increase your military power, political influence, and technology level while building an engine that supports your growing ambitions.
