About this board game

Uk’otoa is a tactical board game for 3–5 players that plays in about 45 minutes, set on the high Lucidian seas of Exandria. Sailor factions struggle across the wreckage of a destroyed ship while the raging sea leviathan Uk’otoa steadily consumes the board.

Players take on the roles of two factions, shared with their neighboring players, and use movement cards to position their teams. Every card features immersive artwork and clear icons showing the movement it provides, making each play easy to understand while supporting tense tactical decisions.

The ship is represented by hexes that are progressively removed as Uk’otoa claims them. As the available deck shrinks, sailors must run, push, and sacrifice others to improve their chances. Factions vie to be the last claimed by the leviathan, creating a dramatic battle for life and death amid the sinking wreckage.
