About this board game

Wanted! Dead or Alive is a card game for 3–8 players that recreates an old-fashioned spaghetti-western shoot-out in around 30 minutes.

This compilation brings together BANG! and three expansions: BANG! Dodge City, BANG! High Noon, and BANG! A Fistful of Cards. Together, they provide a larger western-themed card game experience built around hidden roles, distinctive characters, and tense table play.

At the beginning of the game, each player randomly receives a Character card. This card determines the player’s special ability, giving every character a distinct feature to use during the shoot-out. Character cards remain face-up on the table, so these abilities are visible throughout the game.

Players also receive a secret Role card that determines their goal. A player’s role is kept hidden from the other players, with one exception: the Sheriff’s role is not secret. This concealed information forms a central part of the game’s western showdown atmosphere.
