Warhammer Age of Sigmar: The Rise & Fall of Anvalor is a game for 1–4 players that takes about 60 minutes to play. Set in the region of Aqshy, it challenges players to help build and defend the city of Anvalor while competing to secure the most influence.

Players share an official task: develop the city and withstand vicious assaults from their mutual enemies. Yet every faction has its own ambitions. Your true goal is to gather more influence than your opponents and establish dominance over Anvalor, even if your pursuit ultimately contributes to the city’s fall.

Each turn presents difficult choices. Build resources and place them where they support your plans, while blocking allies from developing their strongest options. Your opponents will do the same, and you must adapt as you discover which strategies best suit the common enemy and the factions around you.

• Build city buildings to increase your faction’s influence.
• Defeat enemies during dangerous assaults and try to deliver the killing blow.
• Balance cooperation against competition as allies pursue their own advantages.
• Explore more than 180 tiles, nine factions, and four additional play variants.

Content includes six player factions and three enemy factions, creating a wide range of possible challenges within the siege of Anvalor. The city’s survival is not the only measure of success: when the game ends, the player with the most influence reigns supreme and secures dominance over The Great Parch.

With its shifting priorities, shared threats, and competing factions, The Rise & Fall of Anvalor offers a substantial Warhammer Age of Sigmar experience. Whether Anvalor survives or falls, your decisions determine who emerges with the greatest influence.
