About this board game

Waste Knights: Second Edition is a post-apocalyptic adventure and survival board game for 1–4 players, with play sessions lasting around 180 minutes. Set in a dystopian Australia devastated by corporate experiments, it casts players as rugged heroes crossing a dangerous wasteland.

Each playthrough is built around an adventure from the Guide. These stories branch into different plots based on the choices players make, with narrative content found in the Book of Tales. Some plots are specific to an adventure, while others are generic, but each can introduce new mechanics, characters, and consequences that shape the world.

Every knight has two actions available to travel across the continent in a vehicle, search for vital resources, or camp. Fuel, ammunition, and medicine steadily dwindle, while camping allows heroes to repair gear and recover from wounds or radiation. Adventures also provide unique Plot Actions that help players influence events and pursue their objectives.
