About this expansion

Everdell: Kindergarten Promo Cards is a 2022 promo card pack for 1–4 players, with an 80-minute play time, adding new cards to the original Everdell base game and to My Lil’ Everdell.

For the original Everdell base game, the pack includes six cards: four Kids critter cards and two Kindergarten building cards. These cards are intended for use with the original base game and are not meant to be played with My Lil’ Everdell.

The Kindergarten building introduces a special way to play Kids cards. It allows you to use an occupied token to play a Kids card for free, and this ability may be used twice during the game.

If you are playing with Newleaf, the Kindergarten card has an additional restriction: you may not use two Golden occupied tokens on it. You may, however, use one Golden occupied token and one normal occupied token.

The pack also contains four cards specifically for My Lil’ Everdell: two Main Deck Critter Cards and two Main Deck Location Cards. With its separate card additions for each game, Everdell: Kindergarten Promo Cards offers a focused way to expand the available content while keeping the two sets of cards clearly defined.
