Welcome To…: Halloween & Christmas Lights Thematic Neighborhoods is a board game for 1–50 players with a playing time of about 25 minutes, released in 2019. It packages two thematic neighborhoods together, offering distinct ways to develop your streets and earn points.

In Welcome To… Halloween, go trick or treat in your neighborhood. Collect ghosts to gain new effects, while gathering candies to earn more points.

In Welcome To… Christmas Lights, work toward becoming a friendly neighborhood by adding Christmas lights to your streets. The longest light you create earns points, making the shape and length of your display important to your score.
