Welcome To…: Summer Thematic Neighborhood is a 2019 refill pack for the base game, designed for 1–50 players and playable in about 25 minutes.

Part of the Thematic Neighborhood Sheet Packs, this summer-themed addition includes three new city plans and 50 sheets featuring brand-new art and mechanics. The packs are more than decorative refills: they introduce new ways to score in your neighborhood.

In Welcome To…: Summer, follow the truck to get more ice cream. Write numbers to move the ice cream trucks through each street, then earn points based on the ice cream you collect.

• Additional points for each ice cream cone when you have the bonus in the street

The central challenge is to use number writing to move the ice cream trucks through the streets while pursuing valuable scoring opportunities. Scoops provide points, and ice cream cones can add further rewards when the relevant street bonus is available.
