About this board game

WIN is a micro horse-racing card game for 2–4 players, with play time of approximately 40 minutes. Players bet and perform actions at the track while the race unfolds, aiming to finish with the most cash.

Each race develops through the Run cards. The Active Player reveals four Run cards, flipping them over one at a time to form a row. As the race progresses, players rely on their secret bets and clever horse moves to build a winning result.

The race ends immediately after a third horse crosses the finish line at Track space 9. This creates a clear final moment: once the third horse finishes, the race stops and players calculate their earnings.

• Reveal four Run cards one at a time.
• Bet and perform actions at the track as the race unfolds.
• End the race when the third horse reaches Track space 9.
• Convert successful bets into cash using the finished horses’ Odds.

After the finish, players reveal their Starting Bets and multiply them by the Odds of the three horses that finished. They then do the same for any bets placed at the Bookie card, adding the resulting amounts to their totals.

Any remaining Cash is added as well. The player with the most money wins. With its compact format, unfolding card-driven race, and hidden betting decisions, WIN focuses the action on timing, horse movement, and the final payout.

Released in 2024, WIN offers a contained race experience in which every revealed Run card brings the finish closer and every bet can affect the final cash total.
