About this board game

Wizards of the Wild is a fast-paced engine-building card and dice game for 1–4 players, with each game lasting about 30 minutes. Take the role of an animal wizard competing in the ultimate magical showdown at Stonehenge.

Every species brings a special power to the contest. Play as the Fox, Hare, Owl, Raccoon, or one of the other animal wizards, then combine your abilities with spells to steadily increase your power as the game progresses.

Custom dice drive your magical efforts. Use them to acquire spells, defeat challenges, and bribe the Acolytes of the Lost Masters: Cats and Dogs who run the games and set the challenges before you.

• Engine building: Develop combinations of spells and special abilities that grow more powerful over time.
• Dice-driven play: Roll custom dice to pursue spells, challenges, and bribes.
• Animal wizard powers: Each species has its own special power.
• Dark magic: Enfeeble rival wizards, while avoiding the danger of letting that magic turn against you.

Dark magic offers a way to hinder other wizards, but it comes with a risk. Use it carefully, since too much can turn against you and disrupt your plans.

With its mix of dice rolling, cards, magical effects, and evolving abilities, Wizards of the Wild creates a lively race for supremacy. Overcome the challenges, outmaneuver the other wizards, and strive to be crowned the new King of the Forest.
