About this board game

Woolfy is a cooperative board game for 1–4 players that takes about 20 minutes to play. Inspired by the tale of the three little pigs, it challenges everyone to build the brick house, avoid the wolf, and bring all three pigs safely inside.

Each pig has a die in its own color, and turns use a simple roll-and-move system. Results can move a pig 1, 2, or 3 spaces in either direction, move the wolf, or send a pig running to one of three houses.

The wolf moves clockwise in jumps. It can sweep up any pig it lands on or passes, sending captured pigs to the cook pot. The other pigs can attempt a rescue by landing on one of the cauldron spaces and rolling a die successfully.

  • Cooperative play: Work together toward a shared victory.
  • Brick-house building: Add one of four pieces whenever a pig lands on the brick house space.
  • Wolf avoidance: Keep the pigs out of the wolf’s path and rescue those caught in the cook pot.
  • Shared objective: Get all three pigs into the completed brick house.

At the beginning of Woolfy, the brick house is unfinished. Pigs may add its four pieces during play, but they cannot occupy it until construction is complete. Pigs are safe when they are in a house.

Complete the brick house and move all three pigs inside to win. If the wolf captures all three pigs first, the players lose. With its straightforward movement and shared decisions, Woolfy presents a compact cooperative challenge based on a familiar story.
