World Exchangers is a 40-minute board game for 2–4 players about buying and selling cities to become the richest oligarch.

In the year 2082, the Incident “El Dorado” has divided the world. Four notorious oligarchs dominate the planet and maintain peace, but they follow a bizarre tradition every 50 years: they redistribute lands and resources by selling and buying the major cities of the world.

This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity creates a constantly changing world of high-stakes deals. Cities never stop changing hands, so choosing when to buy and when to sell is central to your pursuit of wealth.
