About this board game

Wreck Raiders is a treasure-hunting board game for 1–5 players that plays in about 45 minutes. Dive into a glittering sea filled with pirate shipwrecks, recover exotic treasures, and compete to earn the most coins.

At the heart of the game is an innovative dice-drafting worker placement system. Choose a die from the pool, then send one of your divers to a location on the board with that number. Your choice can also help divers in neighboring spots, including those controlled by your rivals, so every placement involves an interesting risk.

• Draft dice and deploy divers to numbered locations.
• Recover lost loot from the seafloor and baubles from the nearby beach.
• Display treasures to complete museum exhibits or place them in your vault.
• Spend beach-found baubles to construct eye-catching aquariums.

Decide whether a valuable treasure is worth giving another diver access to the haul. You may be able to turn nearby positions to your advantage, gathering extra loot while pursuing the collections you need.

Your recovered treasures offer several ways to build your final score. Museum exhibits, your personal vault, and your aquariums all provide opportunities to earn coins when the game ends. The player with the most coins wins.

Wreck Raiders also keeps its aquatic theme lighthearted: sea creatures are represented by cardboard tiles, treated ethically, and released into the wild. Balance tactical dice choices, rival divers, and competing scoring goals as you assemble an impressive collection from the wreck-strewn seafloor.
