About this expansion

Wyrmspan: Dragon Academy is an expansion for 1–5 players with an approximately 90-minute play time, inviting you to open an academy for fledgling dragons.

As a budding dracologist, you help young dragons achieve their full potential. The expansion adds a wide variety of new dragons and caves, giving your academy new content to explore as you develop its possibilities.

Dragon Academy also introduces objective tiles and dragon guilds. These additions expand the ways the academy is represented and provide further elements to consider during play.

The new round tracker presents an income choice when you pass for the round, adding a distinct decision to that moment of play. This feature gives passing a defined choice within the round structure.

Designed by Connie Vogelmann and illustrated by Clémentine Campardou, Wyrmspan: Dragon Academy brings a focused collection of new features to the Wyrmspan setting. Released in 2025, it welcomes players to a dragon academy centered on fledgling dragons, new locations, guilds, objectives, and round-based income choices.
