Ystari Box

About this expansion

Ystari Box is a 2009 expansion collection for 2–5 players, bringing additional content to six Ystari games. The box gathers new boards, cards, characters, projects, events, goals, and player components across several titles.

For Caylus Magna Carta, The Favors adds a small gameboard featuring several of the king’s favors, a new set of prestige buildings, and components for a fifth player. These additions draw on elements found in the parent game, Caylus.

Amyitis receives The Palace, a small gameboard with two additional characters. In Yspahan, The Souks provides a small deck of cards that can replace the base game’s cards, introducing mostly new abilities.

• Sylla: Caveant Consules: a small deck containing new characters, projects, and events.
• Metropolys: Extension Cards: a selection of new goal cards.
• Mykerinos: The Nile: included only in the Rio Grande Games edition.

The contents of Ystari Box are organized as distinct expansions, allowing the collection to connect with multiple games from the Ystari line. Its components range from compact card additions to new gameboards and extra player materials.
