Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Dice Masters is a dice-building game for 2–4 players, with sessions lasting about 30 minutes. Patterned after Quarriors!, it brings the TMNT universe to the Dice Masters system through custom dice representing its characters.

Unlike other Dice Masters sets, this 2016 release is sold as a contained set. It includes all the dice and cards needed to play, without the possibility of expanding the game with booster packs.

Each player brings a selection of dice to the table, creating a personal team from which only they can purchase dice. Players also bring two basic action cards, which are placed in the center and can be purchased by either player.

On a turn, a player draws and rolls a number of their dice. They can purchase additional dice, then field character dice to attack the opposing player. The battle continues until one player reduces their opponent’s life to zero.
