Potion Explosion

About this board game

Potion Explosion is a board game for 2 to 4 players with a playing time of about 45 minutes, first released in 2015. Designed by Lorenzo Silva, Andrea Crespi, and Stefano Castelli, it places players in the final exams of the Potions class.

The rules are simple to understand but demand more than speed. On your turn, take an ingredient marble from the dispenser and watch the others fall. When marbles of the same color connect, they explode, allowing you to take those marbles as well.

Use the ingredients you collect to complete your potions. Once a potion is ready, drink it to unleash its magical power. The marbles you gather and the potions you finish are central to your progress through the exam.
