Paramedics: CLEAR! is a pulse-pounding timed board game for 1–4 players, with approximately 40 minutes of play, in which you race to save lives during a demanding emergency shift.

Use the free companion app to limit each player turn to 60 seconds. As the game progresses, that window can shrink to 45 seconds and then 30, forcing you to act quickly while new patients arrive and the clock keeps running.

Each turn demands careful prioritization. Triage patients, purchase medical supplies, treat their medical needs, and transport them to the hospital to earn victory points. You must manage limited resources while upgrading your ambulance in the effort to save as many people as possible.

• Timed turns: Play against a 60-second limit that can later fall to 45 or 30 seconds.
• Emergency treatment: Sustain and stabilize patients, then send them to the hospital.
• Critical cases: Treat and transport critical patients immediately or they go to the morgue and count against your score.

There is no guarantee that everyone will survive the shift. The pressure comes from balancing urgent medical needs, resource purchases, ambulance upgrades, and the opportunities to manage the clock more effectively than your opponents.

Released in 2017, Paramedics: CLEAR! is an intense competitive experience for players who enjoy fast-paced, timed games. It supports solo play as well as contests with up to four players, and every second can change the outcome of the day.
