The Walking Dead: Here’s Negan – The Board Game is a cooperative yet competitive board game for 1–5 players, with games lasting around 90 minutes. Players take on the roles of Negan’s ambitious lieutenants as they work to clear the Sanctuary of deadly Walkers.

Sherry, Dwight, Laura, John, and Tara must cooperate through the claustrophobic corridors of an abandoned factory. Yet the Walkers are not the only danger: players must also compete with one another to earn Negan’s respect and become his favorite.

Reputation Points are central to every mission. The group’s total Reputation helps determine its success at the end of a scenario, while the individual player with the most Reputation Points earns the title of Negan’s favorite. Impress the tyrannical leader and reap the rewards, or risk facing Lucille’s wrath.

• 12 scenarios tell the story of how Negan cleared the Sanctuary and rose to lead the Saviors.
• Every scenario features a unique map layout, special rules, and objectives.
• The box includes 19 pre-assembled plastic miniatures, 16 double-sided game tiles, dice, and tokens.

Each scenario challenges the group to survive the Sanctuary while balancing teamwork with personal ambition. Players must help complete the mission, but earning more Reputation than their fellow Survivors is the path to individual victory.
