The King’s Armory

About this board game

The King’s Armory is a cooperative tower defense game for 1–7 players with an approximately 240-minute play time. Each player leads a hero in the defense of the King’s Armory as waves of monsters advance along the road.

The map uses 16 road tiles, allowing you to design a new layout each time you play. Seven playable heroes are available, but even these powerful leaders cannot defend the kingdom alone. Build towers to house hired aid, including the Foot Soldier, Archer, Sorcerer, Psionicist, and Cleric, each with unique abilities.

• Cooperative defense: Work together to protect the King’s Armory.
• Custom maps: Arrange 16 road tiles to create the board.
• Hero development: Purchase unique Equipment that grants heroes new and improved abilities.
• Upgradeable aid: Improve hired characters directly up to three levels, gaining new powers at each level.
• Reinforcements: Use special bonus attack cards to damage whole areas of the board in distinctive ways.

During each turn, monster Waves flood onto the board and rush down the path, attempting to break into the King’s Armory. If the monsters succeed, everyone loses. To win, the players must kill every monster, including the super-powered Boss monster leading the assault.

Designed after online tower defense games, The King’s Armory also supports players joining or leaving during the game without destroying its balance. Coordinate heroes, towers, upgrades, and Reinforcements as the defense faces its most dangerous waves.
