Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Dice Masters: Heroes in a Half Shell is a dice-building game for 2–4 players, with play lasting about 60 minutes. Patterned after Quarriors!, it uses custom dice representing characters from the cartoon version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles universe.

This is a contained set, providing all the dice and cards needed to play. Each player brings a group of dice to the table to form their team. These dice can be purchased only by the player who brought them, while two basic action cards from each player are placed in the center for either player to purchase.

On a turn, a player draws and rolls a number of dice, purchases additional dice, and fields character dice to attack the opponent. The game continues until one player reduces the opposing player to zero life.
