About this board game

Kingscraft is a board game for 2–4 players that delivers the feeling of a classic RPG adventure in around 60 minutes. In the kingdom, the king seeks an heir equal to his own power and has announced a fair duel open to everyone.

Adventurers begin building their equipment, hoping to become the next ruler. Each turn, every player secretly chooses one of seven action cards and places it face down. The cards are then revealed, arranged in a clearly determined turn order, and executed.

Your chosen actions determine how you develop your character and prepare for the final challenge. You can take items from the board, fight monsters using dice-rolling, and claim better loot as your adventures progress.

At the heart of Kingscraft is its transformable crafting-tree. Players compete to collect rewards from defeated monsters and combine different items into new, more advanced equipment. Crafting is the path to stronger gear and helps shape each adventurer’s preparation for the duel.

The game ends when a player dares to fight the king and succeeds. That player wins the game and claims the throne, making the final challenge a decisive test of everything built during the adventure.
