Zpocalypse

About this board game

Zpocalypse is a survival board game for 2–4 players, with games lasting about 100 minutes. Set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, it challenges survivors to endure a world torn apart by the walking dead.

Players begin in a basement or fallout shelter. From there, they can reach several base locations or travel through tunnels to sewer grates across the transformable board, venturing into the wasteland in search of the resources needed to survive.

Scavenging is essential. Survivors seek food, guns, ammunition, and other supplies, while searching for new firearms or melee weapons to face the next zombie attack. Each player also forms and controls a personal squad, with every squad contributing to the fortification of the bases.

Defenses can help protect a base, but the dead continue to press forward—and they are getting hungry. The game combines combat, tactics, resource collecting, character development, team play, and strategy as players work toward surviving the wasteland.

Characters earn victory points by killing zombies, building defenses, and successfully completing goals. These points determine who is soldiering on most successfully, while also serving as experience points that allow characters to level up.

In Zpocalypse, survival is measured through hard-won supplies, fortified bases, completed goals, and battles against the walking dead. When the final tally is made, the player with the most victory points wins.
