Lost Valley of the Dinosaurs is a 1985 board game for 2–4 players, with a playing time of about 60 minutes. Each expedition enters a mysterious lost valley in search of a stolen secret and fabulous riches hidden in a temple at the valley’s summit.
According to an ancient chart, the valley was once occupied by a fierce tribe that gathered great wealth and used vicious dinosaurs to protect it. The people are gone, but the dinosaurs remain, turning the journey toward the temple into a dangerous race.
The expedition begins just as a volcano that has been dormant for centuries starts to rumble. As the threat of lava grows, rival parties must press onward through the valley and compete to discover its lost secret before the eruption engulfs the region.
