About this board game
Trailer Park Wars is a chaotic card game for 2–6 players, with games lasting about 60 minutes. You take on the role of a trailer park manager, competing to create a quality community while earning more flamingos than your rivals.
Each player arranges 12 trailers in front of them in the shape of a clock. Tenants bring flamingo points and have traits such as a job, age, and placement restrictions; for example, an old man cannot be placed near a rock musician. Add Amenities to your park to earn more points, while using disruptive cards to damage opposing parks.
Players begin with seven cards. On each turn, play three cards, discard one, and draw back up to seven. The deck includes several distinct card types:
- Action Cards: Help your park or target an opponent.
- Tenant Cards: Add residents with different traits and flamingo values.
- Amenities Cards: Provide opportunities for additional points.
- Natural Disaster Cards: Create negative effects for an opposing player.
The attacks in Trailer Park Wars are deliberately over-the-top, featuring effects such as a Surface to Trailer Missile, Molotov Beer Can, and Tornado. Trailer Park Name Tiles are randomized in the center of each layout and have no effect on gameplay.
The game includes 100 plastic flamingo miniatures, 48 Trailer Cards, 130 Trailer Park Wars Cards, 24 Trailer Park Name Tiles, and instructions. Flamingos represent points, and once all the flamingos are gone, the player with the most flamingos wins.
