異世界ギルドマスターズ (Isekai Guild Masters) is a Japanese adventurer guild management board game for 1–5 players, with games lasting about 180 minutes. Set in a fantasy world where people from the real world are reincarnated, it combines richly developed isekai flavor text with strategic guild growth.

The game focuses on satisfying expansion and reproduction, allowing players to develop their guilds without stressful direct conflict. Cards do not enable direct attacks against opponents. Instead, interaction comes primarily from area control and quickly claiming certain actions before another player can take them.

Every game can unfold differently because all 105 event cards are unique: there are no duplicate cards in the set. Players also receive different receptionist characters with special abilities, creating varied starting situations and new strategic possibilities from one session to the next.
