About this board game
It’s Mine! is a fast-paced card-grabbing game for 3-5 players, with a playing time of about 30 minutes. Designed for ages 7 and up, it challenges players to watch the dealer, judge the cards on offer, and act before a rival does.
The dealer lays down cards for everyone to see. When you like what is available, hit the “It’s Mine!” board and grab all the cards. However, another player may want the same cards, and the first person to slam the board claims them.
Most cards are good, but not every card works in the same way. Your choices matter because several special scoring rules can turn a tempting collection into a valuable one—or leave it worth nothing.
- Double or Nothing: These cards only count when you claim a pair.
- Toast or Most: These cards score only if you have the most of them.
- Jackpot: These cards award jackpot points based on how many you collect.
The result is a lively contest of attention, timing, and quick reactions. You must keep watching the dealer’s cards while judging whether a group is worth reaching for and whether someone else is likely to claim it first.
