Mayan Curse is a 60-minute board game for 1-6 players, challenging archeologists to navigate a hidden temple passage before a cascade of boulders blocks their only escape.

After decoding an ancient Mayan manuscript, the group discovers the location of a secret temple in the jungles of El Salvador. The manuscript tells of an unknown secret city that can only be seen from the top of a large, circular temple.

To reach the temple, players must slide very large stone slabs resting on stone rolls. The route lies above an ancient river, believed to be a passage from the living world to the Underworld. As the slabs move, the path toward the temple—and the danger ahead—continually develops.

• Ascend the temple for the chance to view the ancient city.
• Watch for boulders triggered during the expedition.

The race is against more than the terrain. Boulders are set in motion as the expedition progresses, and everyone must make it out before they reach the entrance and seal the only way back. Timing the route and the escape is central to the adventure.

Mayan Curse also includes a solo mode with 12 scenarios, offering a dedicated challenge for a single player. Released in 2025, it brings archaeological discovery, shifting stone slabs, ancient monuments, and an urgent escape together in one jungle expedition.
