About this board game

Tequila is a roll-and-write game for 1 to 4 players, with an approximate playing time of 40 minutes and medium complexity. Set in the land of blue agave, it challenges you to manage a tequila farm and become the drink’s top producer.

Over 8 rounds, players compete to earn prestige points by developing their farms, managing agave fields, and using resources effectively. At the beginning of each round, the starting player rolls the dice, determining the available actions and resources for everyone.

Players then act simultaneously, using the rolled dice together with a third die of their choice. These dice allow them to place fences in their fields, gather resources, or construct new buildings to expand their farms.

• Sell products at the city market or produce tequila varieties.

Beyond the main dice actions, you can take additional free actions. Sell your products at the city market, or spend resources to produce different varieties of tequila when you have the necessary buildings.

Every decision contributes to your farm’s progress and your final prestige score. After the eighth round, the player with the most prestige points is crowned the ultimate tequila producer. With simultaneous play and multiple ways to use your resources, Tequila offers a focused competition built around farm management, construction, and production.
