Bug Hunter Sniper! is a 2–3-player wargame with an approximately 90-minute play time, depicting hypothetical clashes between spacefaring human adventurers and hostile alien monsters.
Like other games in the Sniper! series, it focuses on combat as experienced by the individual soldier. The game explores the problems and situations created by close combat in strange environments and against unknown foes.
Multiple geomorphic, two-sided maps provide the settings for numerous scenarios. Each scenario has its own victory conditions, giving players different situations to resolve while using the game’s detailed personnel counters, markers, vehicles, and event cards.
