Lawyer Up: Season 2 is a courtroom game for 1–2 players, released in 2023, featuring three new cases, expanded components, and a deeper solo mode.

This standalone box includes the Casino Heist, Divorce, and Private Eye cases, along with extra prosecution and defense decks and additional tokens. With both Season 1 and Season 2, players also have enough base decks to play the 2v2 variant.

In Casino Heist, prosecution and defense compete to convict or exonerate as many members of a swindling gang as possible. Double-sided Con cards are assigned to defendants and flipped to benefit either side. A defendant is resolved after receiving three Cons, making the final card crucial to scoring.

The Divorce case presents a more symmetrical contest between a billionaire tech CEO and a television celebrity. Secret Attitude cards reward matching marital assets, while double-sided Asset cards use asymmetrical influence tracks. Assets may be won or shared, supporting competitive or cooperative approaches.

In Private Eye, the defense must investigate a Hollywood murder while defending a framed private investigator in court. Evidence can reveal clues toward the murderer, weapon, and crime scene—or influence the jury instead. Meanwhile, the prosecution gathers Red Herring tokens to obstruct the investigation.

The expanded solo mode introduces a new solo base deck, a bias die, Automa personality cards, and case-specific effects. Personality, Discovery, and Questioning cards create varied Automa opponents, while procedures and sidebar abilities form puzzles to overcome.
