About this board game

Gundam Card Game is a collectible trading card game for 2–4 players, with matches lasting about 60 minutes. Take the role of a commander and battle with Mobile Suits and pilots from across the legendary Gundam universe.

Build a deck packed with strategic options, then use Resource Cards to pay for your plays. Your objective is to eliminate every card in your opponent’s Shield Area, while protecting your own defenses and developing a plan for victory.

Decks use four card types, each offering a distinct way to shape the battlefield:

• Unit Cards: Deploy up to six Mobile Suits in your Battle Area. Units normally cannot attack on the turn they are deployed, but a Unit paired with a Pilot that fulfills its link requirements becomes a Link Unit and can attack immediately.
• Pilot Cards: Pair a Pilot with a Unit to provide additional AP, HP, and a Pilot Effect. These effects can draw cards, reduce an opposing Unit’s AP, or free Resources for further plays.
• Command Cards: Use these one-time effects to draw cards, add Resources, or influence combat. Some Commands can also act as Pilots.
• Base Cards: Deploy one Base in your Shield Area as a defensive frontline. Bases can have powerful support effects and high HP, but destroying an opponent’s Base opens the way to their shields.

With freely combined Units and Pilots, Gundam Card Game supports adaptable strategies and memorable combinations. Beyond head-to-head play, gather friends for 2-on-2 Team Battles or a four-player Battle Royale.
