About this board game

No Honor Among Thieves is a competitive/cooperative game for 3–6 players that takes about 120 minutes, challenging rival crews to steal the most from the rich and powerful of the kingdom.

Each player leads a crew assembled from an array of thieves available for hire. Recruit characters with different skills, then send them on daring heists against objectives protected by defense cards. To reach the treasure, your crew must bypass guards, traps, and walls.

Heists are rarely simple. Players who are not involved can play Scheme cards to disrupt the attempt, representing unexpected guards, City Watch patrols, or mistakes that turn a promising robbery into disaster. Going alone is difficult, but inviting other players can provide the help needed to overcome a defense.

Cooperation comes with a dangerous price: allies may betray one another and seize the rewards for themselves. Once any player has been betrayed, the game enters a more vicious phase, unlocking dangerous abilities that change how characters affect the table.

  • The Assassin begins killing other characters.
  • The Pickpocket starts stealing from players.
  • The Fall Guy takes the blame.

From recruiting the right mix of thieves to judging when an alliance is no longer useful, every heist creates opportunities for calculated risk and treachery. No Honor Among Thieves asks how much you are willing to risk to become the richest and cleverest thief in a city of rogues.
