About this board game
Intelle is a two-player cube-placement and area-control strategy game that plays in approximately 15 minutes. Each player competes to control the corporate mainframe, but their objectives are sharply opposed.
One player takes the role of the black hat, a cunning hacker determined to infiltrate and bring down the corporation. The other becomes the white hat, employed by the corporation to protect its valuable data. Every placement contributes to the struggle for control across the mainframe’s systems.
Players take turns strategically placing blocks of code. The central challenge is deciding where each block can make the greatest difference, as both sides work toward controlling connected systems before the opposition reaches its own winning condition.
- Players: 2
- Playing time: 15 minutes
- Core mechanisms: cube placement and area control
- Victory goal: control three adjacent systems before your opponent
Control three adjacent systems first, and you win: the black hat infiltrates the corporation, while the white hat successfully protects it. This clear objective gives every turn purpose and keeps the contest focused on positioning, timing, and the race for connected territory.
Released in 2017, Intelle offers a direct head-to-head contest built around competing roles and a shared network of systems. Whether you are attempting to undermine the corporation or defend its data, the game turns each code placement into a decisive step toward victory.
