Middle-Earth Strategy Battle Game: The Lord of the Rings – Battle of Osgiliath is a two-player wargame for a 180-minute battle between the forces of Gondor and Mordor, released in 2022.

Step into the desperate defence of Osgiliath and command one of two balanced armies. The forces of Good fight to protect their homeland, while the legions of Mordor seek to destroy the Free Peoples. This set provides a gateway to collecting, painting, and gaming in Middle-earth.

The Gondor force includes Faramir, Captain of Gondor; Madril, Captain of Ithilien; and Damrod, Ranger of Ithilien. Twelve heavily armoured Warriors of Minas Tirith hold the line with a variety of weapons, while twelve Rangers of Gondor use sturdy bows before engaging with sword and spear.

The forces of Evil feature Gothmog, Lieutenant of Sauron, represented both mounted on his oversized Warg and on foot. They are joined by twenty-four heavily armoured Morannon Orcs carrying shields and wicked melee weapons, plus an armoured Mordor Troll wielding a gargantuan hammer.
