About this board game

FLOE is an adventure-strategy game for 1–4 players, with games lasting about 90 minutes. Heroes travel across an icy landscape, pursuing quests, uncovering secrets, and seeking treasures in the dangerous Crystal Kingdom.

Explore uncharted icebergs, sail across the seas in search of adventure and sunken treasure, or delve into perilous caves for precious crystals. Fearsome monsters stand in your way, but a loyal familiar can help gather resources or join battles to turn the tide.

As their journeys continue, heroes gain helpful allies, powerful abilities, and rare items. They may also build shrines across the map, creating a legacy that will be remembered long after their expeditions are complete.

• Region-to-region movement: Heroes and sailboats navigate using the natural shapes of the ice and seas, without counting squares on a grid.
• Warmth management: Almost everything heroes do beyond the safety of the village costs warmth, making each expedition a careful balance of ambition and survival.
• Village development: Return to the village to warm up, improve your homestead, purchase upgrades, and prepare for the next adventure.
• Unlockable discoveries: After each game, Floe Stone stickers track Village progress, with milestones opening envelopes that expand the realm and reveal long-lost lore.
