Black Rose Wars: Revised Edition is a competitive deck-building game for 1–4 players, with games lasting around 90 minutes. Set in Turin in 1528, it takes you into the dark and mysterious halls of the Black Rose Lodge.

Each player becomes a powerful Mage and master of their own School of Magic. Together, you compete in a deadly contest to become the next Grand Magister, using magical combat and area control as you contend for influence throughout the Lodge.

But the Lodge is more than a setting. The Black Rose is a sentient force that watches the Mages and fights to preserve the status quo. Ancient walls conceal forbidden knowledge, dark practices, and the secrets of the Perceivers, whose power continues to grow unchecked.

The Revised Edition introduces a fully rewritten rules set and expands the experience with several notable updates:
