About this board game

Compostate Bien: El Juego is a 2023 board game for 2–5 players, with games lasting around 90 minutes. Players become compost bugs, each with unique powers and a distinct playstyle, while learning about composting through competition and cooperation.

At the start of each round, the compost bin receives a new organic card for everyone to compost. Roll the two wooden dice to gather resources, then decide which card best fits your objectives and your secret menu. Every choice can help you work toward a successful compost harvest.

The race is designed to be voracious, with events and predators complicating each bug’s personal objective. You will need to adapt as the compost bin changes and make the most of the resources available each round.

The game ends when the first player composts 5 cards from the compost bin. Afterward, everyone counts their points, and the bug with the highest score wins.
