Highlander: The Board Game

About this board game

Highlander: The Board Game is a quick-playing game for 2–6 players, with games lasting around 40 minutes. Duel throughout the ages, prepare for unexpected encounters, and strive to become the last immortal standing.

Choose an immortal from the timeless movie, or perhaps even a new character, and build your chances of survival. You can collect allies and live entire lives, assembling the strength and support needed when a duel finally arrives.

However, preparation does not mean complete control. You do not decide exactly when you will meet your foes on the battlefield, so every game creates tension as you wait to discover whether your preparation will be enough. All you can do is get ready and hope you are the more powerful immortal when the moment comes.

• Players: 2–6
• Play time: approximately 40 minutes
• Core goal: be the last immortal standing
• Key elements: immortal characters, allies, entire lives, and duels across the ages

Highlander: The Board Game focuses on the anticipation of an unavoidable confrontation. Gather what you need, strengthen your position, and face each battlefield encounter without knowing precisely when it will happen.

Released in 2018, this game brings the struggle of immortals to the tabletop in a compact format. Whether you choose a familiar immortal from the movie or explore the possibility of new characters, every duel is a test of how well you prepared before your foes appeared.
