About this board game

Path of Civilization is a civilization-building game for 1–5 players, played in about 120 minutes. From the very first second, you must make choices that shape your nation and create repercussions that can last until the end of the game.

Develop your civilization across several areas of progress. Research technologies to improve your Science, Military, Spirituality, Culture, and Industrialization. Grow your population so that illustrious Leaders can emerge and change the world, even after their deaths.

Your civilization’s history can follow many different paths. Build a powerful philosophical current of humanity, use your Philosophers to become one of its forerunners, and help determine its evolution. Send Builders to create wonders from your territory—achievements intended to outlive everything, even men.

• Develop Philosophers, Leaders, Builders, Sages, and your military legacy.
• Resolve great Challenges of humanity that will mark history.
• Face External Threats, including distant enemies your army may be called upon to defeat.

Military strength can make the name of your civilization enough to make opponents tremble, while Sages and accumulated knowledge help address the great challenges facing humanity. Every choice contributes to the story and development of your people.

In Path of Civilization, play proceeds simultaneously, using a simple card-and-resource management system. The diversity of its cards provides enormous variability, ensuring that each civilization can pursue its own route toward prosperity and glory.
