Battlestar Galactica: The Board Game – Exodus Expansion is a modular expansion for 3–6 players, with games lasting about 180 minutes. Released in 2010, it adds three options designed to deepen the accusations, mistrust, and emotional conflict already found in the Battlestar Galactica experience.

Choose any combination of the included modules to shape the challenge. The Cylon Fleet option introduces a separate game board where every Crisis Card causes some form of enemy ship activity. As the Cylon Pursuit Track advances, Cylon ships eventually transfer to the main game board and surround Galactica, leaving little time between attacks.

• Cylon Fleet: Maintain constant pressure as enemy ships build toward a major assault.
• Conflicted Loyalties: Add Final Five Loyalty Cards and Personal Goal Loyalty Cards that put alliances and resources at risk.
• Ionian Nebula: Encounter familiar allies whose personalities can help—or create new problems under Cylon influence.

With Conflicted Loyalties, revealing another human’s Loyalty Card can bring penalties, while Personal Goal cards give players incriminating tasks to complete. Completing one may raise suspicion; failing it can cause Galactica to lose a resource at the end of the game.

The Ionian Nebula option brings non-player characters into the fleet. Players can encounter these familiar faces by visiting locations on Galactica, but the Cylons may influence them and turn their effects against humanity. Manage these conflicting personalities carefully, or internal disputes may leave the fleet vulnerable.

Whether you want more space dog-fighting, more uncertain allegiances, or more character-driven turmoil, Exodus gives Battlestar Galactica: The Board Game a flexible way to raise the stakes.
