Paleo: A New Beginning is a board game for 2–4 players, with sessions lasting about 60 minutes, in which new dangers and tasks challenge attempts to settle down.

A year has passed since the release of Paleo, but the game’s world has moved forward by several thousand years. Although the effort to settle has begun, life is far from peaceful, and fresh challenges are waiting.

Players must draw on skill and make use of new tools to manage the problems that stand between their communities and a more settled existence. The setting combines the promise of progress with the uncertainty of a world where danger remains close at hand.
