Blood Rage: Wildboar Clan Expansion

About this expansion

Blood Rage: Wildboar Clan Expansion is a Kickstarter-exclusive set for Blood Rage, supporting 2–4 players and games of approximately 90 minutes. It adds four new monsters, upgraded components, and an extra clan miniature set to the Viking world.

Each monster enters the game through a card added to a specific Age deck. The Wolfman joins the Age 2 deck, while the Mystic Troll is added to Age 3. The Mountain Giant enters the Age 1 deck and counts as a Leader, allowing it to Invade for free and benefit from Leader Upgrades added to its clan.

Also included is Fenrir, the giant wolf and son of Loki. Add Fenrir’s card to the Age 1 deck; during the Ragnarök phase, the province containing Fenrir is the province destroyed that Age. If Fenrir is in Yggdrasil, this ability does not take effect.

The expansion also upgrades the game’s table presence with sculpted components designed to track important information and progress:

• Unique sculpted Clan Tokens representing each clan’s animal, used to track Rage, Axes, and Horns.
• A sculpted Saga Token marking progress through the final Ages of the world.
• A sculpted Doom Token marking the province destined for the next Ragnarök.
• A sculpted First Player Token depicting a hand raising an axe.

Finally, the set includes an extra variant miniature set for the Wild Boar Clan, providing an expanded choice of clans. It is not a fifth-player expansion because it does not include the required cards. Those who also purchased the 5th Player Expansion during the campaign received additional exclusives.
