About this expansion

Neuroshima Hex! 3.0: Mississippi is a 2014 army pack for 2–4 players, with a play time of about 30 minutes. It is the fifth army pack for Neuroshima Hex!

In 2050, the Mississippi River is toxic sewage flowing directly from the interior of Moloch. Covered in poisonous fumes, the river and its surroundings are known as the Belt of Death—a seedbed of mutants where disease and contamination are part of everyday life.

The Warriors of the Mississippi wear coats and gas masks while diffusing the worst diseases and poisons. They are literally immune to everything, having grown up beside the polluted river and endured practically every hazard it could offer.

This army’s main strength is its ability to massively poison the enemy HQ with venom while thwarting the opponent’s plans. It can also resist attacks and bypass enemy defenses, giving it several ways to undermine opposing forces.

  • Defensive army with strong resistance to attacks
  • Ability to poison the enemy HQ with venom
  • Tools for thwarting enemy plans
  • Ability to bypass enemy defense
  • Low mobility and a low number of Warriors
  • Low toughness and a complete lack of armor

These strengths come with clear limitations. Mississippi has few Warriors, moves slowly, lacks toughness, and has no armor at all. In Neuroshima Hex! 3.0: Mississippi, survival depends on enduring contamination while using venom and defensive abilities to overcome the opposition.
