Welcome To…: Halloween Thematic Neighborhood is a Halloween-themed neighborhood sheet pack for the base game, playable by 1–100 players in about 25 minutes.

This 2019 thematic neighborhood pack is more than a decorative refill. It introduces new ways to score while bringing a spooky twist to the process of building houses in the neighborhood.

Whenever players build houses, they choose between a trick and a treat. They circle either a ghost or a candy on their sheet, creating two distinct bonus opportunities to pursue during the game.

• Choose a ghost or candy when building houses.
• Be the first to reach the required amount of ghosts or candies.
• Declare the corresponding bonus before another player claims it.
• Use one ghost bonus and one candy bonus per player.
• Play with three associated city plan cards.

Once a player uses a bonus, it is no longer available to the other players. Those players cross that bonus off, making each opportunity exclusive and encouraging attention to both ghost and candy progress.

The Halloween theme gives the familiar neighborhood-building experience a clear new scoring focus. Players decide whether to pursue ghosts, candies, or both, while watching for the moment when a bonus can be declared.

As a refill pack, Welcome To…: Halloween Thematic Neighborhood is designed to add variety to the base game rather than serve as a standalone experience. Its themed sheets, new scoring options, and city plan cards offer a compact way to expand a neighborhood-building session.
