About this expansion

Neuroshima Hex! 3.0: Uranopolis brings the Uranopolis army to the Neuroshima Hex! base game for 2–4 players, with an expected play time of 60 minutes.

In the post-apocalyptic world of Uranopolis, pre-war uranium mines survived beneath the devastation. Hidden underground equipment and mining crews continued extracting valuable uranium, allowing the settlement to protect and preserve its most important resource.

As the decades passed, many of the town’s heavy mining machines were transformed into deadly weapons. These repurposed machines were sent to defend the underground fortresses, turning the tools of industry into a formidable means of protection.

Uranopolis grew from this enduring mining operation into a rich town with a clear purpose: guarding its treasures from grabby neighbors. Its underground fortifications and converted equipment stand between its uranium reserves and those who would plunder them.

In the Neuroshima Hex! base game, this army brings the distinctive identity of Uranopolis to the table. The faction’s story is rooted in survival, resource extraction, fortified underground settlements, and the transformation of heavy machinery into weapons.

Neuroshima Hex! 3.0: Uranopolis was released in 2015. It offers a thematic addition for players interested in the post-apocalyptic setting and the idea of a mining town defended by the industrial equipment that helped it survive.
