About this expansion

Catacombs: Cavern of Soloth is an expansion for 2–5 players, with an approximate play time of 90 minutes, that adds new content to the original Catacombs game. The expansion requires the original game to play.

Dwarves mining in the Scavewyrm Pit have discovered the mythical Cavern of Soloth. Rumoured to hold exotic weapons and treasures from the reign of Soloth, the ancient Vampire Lord of the Underworld, the cavern also conceals a growing danger.

As sinister acolytes work in a forgotten labyrinth to reanimate Soloth’s malevolent queen, four new heroes set out to confront the impending evil and prevent disaster. Each hero has unique special abilities, offering new characters for your Catacombs adventures.

The Cavern of Soloth expansion includes more than 40 new wooden pieces and over 60 new cards. Its additions include new monsters for each family, new items, special equipment for some heroes from the original game, and new rooms for exploring the catacombs.
