About this expansion

Northgard: Uncharted Lands – Wilderness is a 2022 board game for 2–5 players that adds advanced creatures and special environmental tiles to the Northgard setting.

Alongside classic creatures such as wolves and the brown bear, this content introduces eight new creatures to encounter. Their accompanying creature cards provide the information needed to bring these threats and characters into play.

• 11 special environmental tiles

The environmental tile module adds locations with distinctive effects. These tiles bring new considerations to the board, complementing the creature additions with terrain that can directly influence your Vikings.

Among the new environmental features are geysers. They increase happiness and resilience to winter, while in Uncharted Lands a geyser also lets you place one extra Viking for free in its territory at the end of the turn. Your units reap the geyser’s benefits, invigorating themselves and preparing to jump into the fray.

With its mixture of advanced creatures, creature cards, and effect-driven environmental tiles, Northgard: Uncharted Lands – Wilderness expands the range of elements available during play. Use the new module to bring geysers and other special locations to your games, and face creatures beyond the classic wolves and brown bear.
